I ordered my sandwich through the app it was a Steak and cheese foot-long with all the fixings.I wasted my $2.00 reward as well! Which irritates me even more! I picked it up brought it home to my husband and literally it was 2 inches wide! I was thinking maybe the loaf didn’t rise! Who knows! Never had this happen before so I called the store they said they would refer it to the manager since she wasn’t there. So here’s a thought maybe next time the employees shouldn’t serve something that they know isn’t to standards!

Teens have ruined this subway, hopefully they get some adults to work here and fix this business before it's too late. Otherwise this location is amazing! Came in to order 3 sandwich and cookie meals around 6pm. The cons: Took 5 minutes for anyone to realize we were there. Two teenage ladies came out. They were skittish and one would not speak loud enough to be heard. They did not put the extra cheese that the Chicken bacon ranch is supposed to come with and neither knew that a meal came with 2 cookies instead of 1. The pros: the store was very clean and the food was fresh.This is the kind of behavior I expect from new trainies, so I'm not mad at them. I am disappointed in the training manager. Their lack of appropriate training is on management not the kids working. It seems like every big name company skimps on proper training and dumps adult work on kids left alone to sink or swim. Its not fair that you leave that kind of responsibility on kids alone.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered an Italian bmt two days in a row. The first day no salami, no meat besides ham. I was fine with that this time. Next day I get the same exact order, I ordered online and in the special instructions spot I put "please put all the meat on the BMT that belongs on there thank you" and they only put ham AGAIN. Also I paid extra for avocado and they didn't put it on there. Something on my sandwich also tasted OFF, I'm guessing it was one of the vegetables not being very fresh. Whoever owns this location needs to get their shit together with training. Called to complain and there isn't even a manager there just a bunch of high schoolers. Which I know it's not their fault, just not being trained well and most likely not treated well or they'd have some pride in their work. I'm gonna chalk this one up to poor management, and a not good business owner. Will NEVER go back to this location besides one more time to get my free sandwich, which I better get. I have low hopes though, and I don't even know if I want the food from this establishment anyway.

The employees are unsanitary and slow. The employee putting the vegetables on my sandwich leaned over and had their shirt touching my sandwhich. Ontop of that they touch other things and equipment with food serving gloves contaminating them and then continue to make samdwhiches. We where in that subway for an hour and there was only one customer infront of us.

Molly made our food, she was absolutely wonderful and did a great job. The young man that was working decided it was a smart choice to prop the front door open in 30° windy weather. No regard for customers trying to eat their dinner. It was absolutely rude.

I have ordered ahead online from this location twice now and was unhappy both times. The first time, I gave them plenty of time to make my order before heading over to pick it up, only to find two employees standing around with no other customers in the restaurant...and my order hadn't even been printed out or made. I then had to go back after getting home because they had made my order wrong. Today, I didn't check my order until I got home only to again find that my order was wrong and ingredients that I had paid extra for were left off. Very unhappy and won't be going back.
