This Mcdonald's is run and managed by kids and is hit or miss. Always small issues like too much creamer, or not enough creamer in the iced coffee. No sugar in the sweet tea. Cannot honor the deal from the app. Always forgetting something from your order, giving you the wrong food, etc

3 minutes to place my order, 5 minutes to the pay window, another 5 minutes to the pick up window. Where there I was asked to pull over and wait, another 12 minutes before she brought my order which was wrong so I had to go inside where she turned around and bagged my order NO wait. How on earth could it possibly take that long for a McDouble and a hamburger kids meal. ???????

Ordered Double Big Mac, paid for Double Big Mac, Recieved Regular Big Mac. Sandwich was not hot, Lettuce was not fresh and brown. Didn't eat it, will never go back. Hope DQ opens soon.Drive through girl was not the person whom should have been there. Not good at all.

All the employees here suffer from mild to sever brain damage.Orders are almost always wrong, asking for the items you paid for results in hurt feelings.Employees are children that are rude and disrespectful. The dining area has dirty tables fairly frequently.This is based off of many visits in the last 6 months. At least once a week.

As per standard McDonald's experience, extremely service, very unappreciated experience, none of the employees I interacted with acted like they wanted to be there, other customers were feeling disgusted about the amount of time they were waiting as well. Very typical when visiting almost any McDonald's anymore, food was decent prices are decent, I assume that's why we all keep going back.

I wouldn't recommend eating at this location. Idk if it's because it seems mostly school kids are working but the quality of the food ...well, every time I've gone, the food tasted old, and the fries were definitely not fresh. The inside seems to always be a mess as well. And like with every McDonald's I've went to..good luck getting fast service if you need to go to the counter for anything, You will be waiting until they decide to mosey on over to the counter to help you. The kiosk are convenient and all, but they dont take care of all your needs. McDonald's at any location really just isn't the same, I feel every location I try is pretty much the same as far as getting your order right, getting service at the counter and the quality of the food just isn't there anymore. It's a shame because I'm a big McDonald's fan, which is why I keep trying different locations.
