This restaurant was really jumping at lunch time. When I arrived, there wasn't a seat to be had. I only waited for about 5 minutes for a table to be opened up and available. The concientent wait staff sanitizes each table between patrons.Parking: Very limited free street parking downtown, especially at Noon. But, it's not too bad of an issue as you have time to enjoy the quaintness of the downtown area.
