Definitely off the beaten path. Went last night with a group of 10. We started with the hot pepper cheese balls and then the salad. The homemade dressings were quite good. We had the french and the 1000 island. (also snuck a taste of my friends ranch). I loved the salad. My husband and I shared the cowpuncher. It was a little fatty but I realize a ribeye is fatty. For my side I had the german potatoes.... very good. Service was good, food was as tasty.... would definitely revisit.

First, I don't get caught red-handed. Cash and checks only no credit/debit cards. Ice cold beer in a rustic cabin like setting. Lots of taxidermied game on the wall and even a few select turtle shells. We had the catfish and it was outstanding. Dinner salads are top notch. Homemade bread and butter on the table while you wait. Wait staff and bartenders extremely friendly. Will be back.
