Dinner for 2 people with 3 cocktails should NOT have been over $100 before a tip. Restaurant wasn't even busy, yet our waitress was never around. Ordered a specific type of cocktail ON THEIR MENU, and both times, it was made incorrectly, but we were charged for the menu price. You shouldn't have to pay for Makers Mark whiskey but receive Fire Ball. The food was extremely bland and overcooked.

Really good night at chilis thanks to Rachel! She saved the day and went above and beyond for my us tonight! My little brother goofed up his order but she was fantastic and fixed it even tho it was ok.Thank you so much Rachel! I hope some one from the tops sees this and gives you the credit you deserve!

Was a party of 2. Walked into a not crowded restaurant, waited 21 minutes for a seat when there were tables and boths open. When we finally got seated, both seats were soaking wet from being wiped down. We got up and left. 2nd straight time had a horrible experience here. There wont be a 3rd! Stay away from this place!

Worse experience at Chillis ever. My family&I had the longest wait ever. We hardly ever eat out due to inflation. We're a family of 5 but decided to eat out Saturday evening. Not only did we have to wait so long, but we were not checked on at all. By the time we got our drinks we were all parched we finished our drinks so when the food came out we had no drinks. And it was not crazy busy. I've been to restaraunts that were swamped. There was a much larger party tended to way before we were. It was really terrible service, and I will never return to Chillis.

We received a gift card to Chilis for our birthday's, and went on a Wednesday night. It wasn't crowded, and we were waited on promptly. The entire staff were very friendly, and eager to serve. The food was hot and delicious. The hot fudge volcano cake was the best! The prices of all items were almost double what they used to be before covid and recent inflation, but that's the same everywhere you go, so not out of line. The atmosphere was good, and we really enjoyed the whole experience!

Salad was half full and very small amounts of fries with the hamburger. Bartender only took orders, was waiting for refill for water. Saw two workers in front of store standing around, while bartender, servers needed help. Manager needs to get in volvex instead of standing around..
