This establishment is 10/10. I disagree with maribel k. People are frequently rude to the workers and will come 5 mins before closing and order 10 things and not take anything into consideration. Respect is given back to those that give it in the first place. Dont be rude to a food worker and get off your high horse.

Very disappointed...order a chocolate malt made with chocolate ice cream and an oreo malt! What we got were 2 malts that looked like chocolate milk with crushed oreos in it! Wanted a refund but the girls either didn't know how to give one or just couldn't. They took our name and number and said Joe the manager would call. We're still waiting for the call Joe!!!! Very disappointed!!!

We have frequented this establishment for years and it was our favorite spot until our most recent experience. I had ordered a frozen yogurt that they had made it incorrectly. When returned to the window Lillian was extremely rude and replied that they didn't realize they had ran out of ingredients for my order but that they still wouldn't be able to make me another. I explained to her that they should have let me know prior to making it to see if I wanted to change my order. She visibly and verbally responded with attitude asking what I wanted instead and lofted the yogurt through the window and slammed the window shut without saying a word. Worst experience ever and that is saying a lot since one of our children literally split is head open in front before and the nice girls called the ambulance and ran out towels and our ice cream for him!

Not what it use to be. The Chocolate Malt I had was average and not thick at all. Plus it's a good thing I have quick reflexes, because when I went to pick it up the lid came off. Lol, it didn't spill. Anyways, I would go back and try something else to give the place another chance.

Decent little ice cream place near our house. They don't advertising so we forget it's there most of the time. It's worth a try if you're in the area.
