The service at this place has gone down 100% I don’t know who trained these new kids working here but it’s horrible. I can never get an order that’s completely correct!!! It absolutely horrible. They need cameras to see how horrible the staff is. Very upsetting. This use to be the best Harold’s!

Waited 30 minutes for a 8 wing dinner. Get home and the wings are tiny and it cost $18. The wings where barely bigger than party wings and the are whole wings

The food has always been good and very hot except for the fries. Get your fries on point Harold's! They seem refried/recooked/redipped and they don't be hot. I think the people who put it all together thinks that the hot chicken will get the fries hot.

I'm from the city so I'm pretty particular about my Harold's. This was great without the headache of traveling to the city. I did call the restaurant a few times though and nobody answered. You can place an order online though.

We ordered over $100 thru Door Dash and only received 1/2 of the order. Called the store and was informed that the person forgot to give the driver the other bag. It included the sauce that was on the side of the orders. No Cole slaw, napkins or utensils . We drove 20-25 minutes to pick up our order which they did remake, but was told they gave extra sauce and cole slaw. Well at this point we didn't need extra be the food that had been delivered was eaten without the sauce. We even asked about giving us the original food for our trouble but was told they threw it out. Which we don't believe. This was a HORRIBLE experience as we had out of town guest and we were hungry.
