Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere! Nobody greets you. The girl moves slow as molasses. Then she was taking meat off of one sandwich to put it in another. I asked her if she was "out of steak". She said ya. The other girl went to the back and came out with a full tub. She was too lazy to go get it. I will Never go in there again. I tried 3 times to call and speak with the manager, each time being told the manager is not there. They should shut it down.

Didn't get a chance to order because the employee had a nasty attitude. She moved slowly and in between making sandwiches she stopped to go get the chopping board that another employee had washed. Came back and was about to continue fixing the gentlemen's sandwich in front of me using the same gloves. She's a young lady with the mom tattoo on her arm. Poor attitude and service.

An employee was very rude to me and the service is so horrible there. My two children were scared for their lives because she was so violent to me when I was with my children. Never going there again, you should be ashamed of yourself.

The store was filthy. Fruit flies flying around the fountain machine. The prep table had not been cleaned. Food mixed in the tuna. The girl working used a dirty knife that had been in the prep table in a bucket full of dirty food drippings to close my sandwiches. I am afraid to eat this food. Dangerous place to eat.

I have been stopping here on my way to work so I have a sandwich for my lunch break. Repeated problems. Slow service, meats not prepped, sandwiches with an inch of bare bread on each end and toppings piled in the center. Everyone has a bad day now and then, but these problems are frequent. I'll stop at a Subway that actually knows how to make a sandwich from now on - there are plenty of others nearby

Working are soooo slow. Been waiting on my two sandwich for 30 mins. The young lady to busy forcing on your friend in the lobby to be working. It's 6:30pm of course it going to be busy so focus on WORK

The girl that prepared my sandwich was more concerned about the boy "working" next to her. I told her she didn't care about the clients because she's distracted talking. She replied she had a mouth and what is she supposed to do. I told her and the lady waiting before me, that this happens when they hire kids. A 3rd person who has been standing next to her on her phone, told her "it's just an opinion" At that point, I realized it made no difference to mention that she added the WRONG kind of MEAT saturated sandwich in mustard after asking for light mustard, veggies were also off. I ended up throwing it away

The hours of operation clearly show open until 10PM. Upon entering the store at 9:41PM I was asked if I was there to pick up an order. After explaining I wanted to place an order I was told that "we can't take any orders after 9:40. I found the situation and the tone of the employee very unprofessional. Quite disappointed.

Wow. I just don't understand. It's 10:45 in the MORNING, and they are out of bread. At least that's what they told me when I arrived to pick up my online order and found that they had the doors locked. There was a sign directing people with orders to call them on the telephone. Mind you, I was standing AT THE DOOR, WITH THE CASHIER STANDING JUST ACROSS THE GLASS FROM ME! I can not believe she couldn't hear me telling her that I was there for a pickup. I don't know what is going on with this place...

The large lady who was at the register messed up ringing up and wouldn’t change anything so that our coupons would be valid. She cost me more money than I wanted to spend, I’m a single father so watching every penny is crucial. She just ruined my day and weekend, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU SEE A LARGE LADY BEHING THE REGISTER. She will over charge you then proceed to be disrespectful and ignorant to you. Worst person I’ve come across in the fast food industry in a looooonnnggg time.

Absolutely the worst Subway. The moment I walked in, I knew it was about to go down.I was greeted with, "Do you have a pick up order?" "No, I do not." The eyes rolled, and the employee did not stop what she was doing. I waited at least 5 minutes till she was done, then casually walked her way to the take my order. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. The employee wasn't paying attention and forgot to put bacon on the sandwich. I knew why she wasn't able to take my order she had air pods in at work. Looks professional enough. Finally, get to the register, and they charge me extra for the bacon. I protested and said, "Bacon comes with the sandwhich, so why am I getting charged?" Eyes roll again...needless to say never going back. I would recommend another location.
