This restaurant has become one of my favorites restaurants. Tunc has been our waiter twice now and he is friendly, efficent and has gone above and beyond both times! We started with the Brushetta which was made beautifully, the olives are the staple of this appetizer. Main course we moved onto Prime - Rib Eye cooked medium (perfecto!) Mashed potatoes paired well Creamed spinach and had lemon miraigne cheesecake to finish off a delicious dinner! Pistachio chocolate mousse is a tasty too! Will be back again!

I frequent Bugatti's quite often with my Staff and Oscar is normally our Server however, 2/10/24 we had reservations for 5 at 7:15pm. We were seated with a different Server and waited from 7:15pm - 7:45pm before Oscar came and assisted us due to our extended wait. After receiving our drinks, Oscar took our dinner order expeditiously. We received our dinner at 8:15 - 8:25p m. Note: The original Server took orders before ours for guest that arrived after us. Without Oscar it would be zero for service.

There were two of the greatest front desks agents that America Star has ...there name were Danica and Rasiance...Also Wade is a great guy..We totally enjoy our time when we stay there...Keep up the great

By far and away, Bugatti's has better-than-downtown steaks and seafood. Never a bad meal! PICKLED onions!!! Great menu offerings; prime rib as big as the plate! Benny Powell, the Buser is charming and efficient and should be promoted to Server!! He'll make a wonderful addition to the Bugatti's family! And our favorite person at Ameristar is Tunc. He is a 5-Star Server and has become as family to us!! Lighting is romantic and great music playing... a lovely evening out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

7/1/2023....My wife and I had dinner at Bugatti's Steak & Pasta at the Ameristar Casino East Chicago. We had the Surf and Turf, a lobster tail with an 8oz filet and French Onion Soup. It was all absolutely delicious! The steak and lobster were cooked to perfection. Our Server was Tunc, (It is a word but it's also a Turkish name and surname according to Wikipedia). He was fantastic... very courteous and attentive. We would definitely recommend a visit here for dinner and we will be back.Ameristar also has an "ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS" Executive Host, Ms. Latasha Peaches. Her hospitality cannot go without acknowledgement and recognition. Ameristar is very fortunate to have her.R. Smith

This place is phenomenal very professional our waiter Tune from Turkey was very courteous and the manager whole staff were awesome! I’ve been to a lot of high end restaurants in casinos all over the country including Vegas and this is the top over tops and I mean that the Chilean Sea Bass was very delicious .. the Lobster Bisque was very rich, the best raw oysters in the country..the wine was awesome absolutely phenomenal!

The food was excellent and the staff was amazing. We made reservations here for every night of our trip. I had the ribeye the first night it was really delicious and cooked to perfection. We shared an order of oysters and they were very fresh. The second night I had the Seabass and it was super good…. not sure what I will have tonight but I’m sure it will devote to my expectations.

Horrible service. Our waiter ignored us and we waited over 30 minutes for salty food. My calamari was burned and hard. The manager gave us 20% off. My food should have been taken off but it was a friends Birthday so I just stopped complaining. I do not recommend this place. Overpriced!! Our server took our order and we never saw him again. After we finally complained our food came out and again no server. We still never had a server check on us. Our food was horrible! We got the manager. Waited about 15 minute for free cake. 1 slice and 6 forks. Our server still never came back. We got the check and it was wrong. We started asking the bus boy for help. We got a new check and our server was there to collect cards. The server broke his neck to stop us about the check looking for a tip. No sir, not after that horrible service. I was offended. We weren't important enough to attend to until it was time to get some money.

This restaurant was horrible! There were 4 of us dining. All four of us had the saltiest dinner ever. We told the chef and he said he would tell them to go easy on the salt. We were never offered to take our food and redo. It was my birthday and this was the worst birthday dinner I have ever had!

Make sure to make reservations for dinner as early as you can on a Friday because they are only open on the weekends. We had the steak bites for an appetizer, the salmon entree, and the spicy fried shrimp entree, for dinner. The steak appetizer was great! It had a chimiccuri and mayo sauce to accompany it that was to die for!The salmon and fried shrimp were good as well. Shrimp could have been Spicer and the salmon came with a green chutney sauce that we needed more of. We asked for more of the green sauce and received it. The only issue with the food was the super sweet white rice that accompanied the salmon entree. The rice was way to sweet and honestly the flavor tasted like a Pina colada. This sickly sweet (Pina colada) rice was not a good pairing with the salmon. I would recommend asking for plain white rice if you order the salmon entree. The brocclini that came with the fried shrimp was amazing, but the baked potato could have been better. Ifyou love chocolate cake, the chocolate ganache cake was super delicious, and it was a huge slice of cake. Service wasn't amazing and was lacking, but most of the food made up for that. We will be back

What a horrible experience. Made a reservation for 7:30 but the person set it for the wrong day then they fix it but told us we would have to wait til 8:30. Ordered our food and drinks. They bring our food out and for the portion sizes you get that place is way to expensive. Not to mention my drink sat empty on the table the duration of our meal. Our waiter was the most pleasent experience. Wont be going back. And for a birthday dinner it was horrible? save your money
