By far the worst Burger King I been at , waited in line for 15 minutes finally get up to speak no one says anything for 5 minutes. I said something order . I got the door to give my cash & get my food . It took them 15 minutes to even take my money . I asked for freshly made food was not then I wait another 10 minutes for my food between that time I asked the girl how long it would be . She literally looked at me & close the door . Their communication here is horrible do not go try to get something better like Wendy’s . The worse part is she only told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. They look very high they ignored the whole time I was there . DONT GO THERE

I ordered online waited 45 min & never got my food. I was told it wasn’t quite ready to pull up I ended going inside the workers are very rude & my food was ready & bagged in the warmer they tried to say they had to drop fish & fries & that was the delay. I know it doesn’t take 45 min to do that. I went to Hammond ordered online & got my food in less than 5 min totally different experience East Chicago bk needs to be shut down fire the workers & hire people that care.
