This was my first trip to Indiana and my first fried pork loin experience. They didn't disappoint! You can make four regular sandwiches or one large Scooby and Shaggy sized one..
We visited the diner on a Sunday afternoon prior to a trip to the outlet mall in Edinburgh. From the outside, the diner looks like an old RAX because well, it is an old RAX. There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Upon entering, the process is slightly confusing. behind the old RAX counter is a digital menu board and a cash register that makes it look like you step up and place your order.
