Waited about 10 minutes at the drive through window just for someone to answer when it was just one order ahead of ours already in the second window to recieve food. Tried to say hello and we've been waiting for someone to take our order. Some lazy employees. If you work at a fast food place you need to multi-task as I work in the world of retail too. Do better. Like if you were short staffed, I still wouldn't understand because I've been a one man band before in the world of retail. Do your job right, do the work. You get paid a lump some of money for a reason.

The servers and personel has very bad attitude most the little girl (looks like Chinese) and the orders take over 1/2 hour to be ready

Came through drive through at 11:15 and the young men were so helpful and sweet. They were patient and definitely feel good about coming back!! Very happy!!

We got there and there was no one waiting to order or waiting for food we ordered and waited 30 mins for our food!!!! People after us were getting there food and they were getting drive through people done before anyone in the building!!! They were short staffed we get it but 30 mins is a long time!!!

First off, why does the app not work?And then online support says they won't get back me for 24-48 hours ( which does not help me right now). And apparently their phone number isn't correct on Google or the website. Not sure what happening but I guess I will go elsewhere ...

Have been 3 times since it was rebuilt and and feel I've seen enough to write a fair review. Food comes out very slow, which I get, but you would think it would at least be made right. The final straw was today. Ordered food in the drive thru and the line didn't move once in 10 minutes, fine must be a big or difficult order in front of us, that happens. Then they still continued to average 5 minutes a vehicle at the window, if we would have stayed in line it wouldve been an approximately 35 minute wait. Big yikes. Willing to adjust my review if this changes sometime.
