I ordered at 1045 and they took 1 hour to make a couple sandwiches and some fries I understand you gotta close your store but you get paid to do your job I don’t wanna wait an hour that late when you get paid to make my food

Whoever is working between 8 to 9 pm needs to be fired, food was not cooked properly , I ordered an impossible whopper and it came soggy and pink , I just hope these people aren’t making the actual meat like that. On top of that fries tasted like they were made yesterday def done w this restaurant hope the managers take the right action to get them out of there. $10 for a disgusting whopper is just outrageous

If you frequent this location then you already know that the wonderful lady who is usually at the drive thru window is a true staple to the company. She is the face and voice we all hear and love - one of the biggest reasons we will always choose this location. Especially for their breakfast. The teamwork is always on point regardless of how hard the staff have to hussle and they consistently deliver a hot delicious meal. Dare I say, best location in elkhart ?
They lady working at speaker was very mean and rude because she was complaining being understaffed, she shouldn't be rude to customers. Won't be going back to this one ?

Update the buff wrap is amazing love it the service was excellent and the atmosphere was also good they had the game on I watched as I waited it wasn't a long wait and I spent 30 bucks but got family bundle with the nuggets meal too and the 2 buff wraps and the speed was so

Writing this review after eating breakfast here a few times. The woman in the drive through is very nice and professional. Food is always 100% hot and hash browns always filled to the top! Thank you for the good service and hot food☺️

This location has done great on making sure to give no salt fries out when asked. I can't stand the overabundance of salt at the locations I have been to in the past, which is always why I ask for no salt fries anymore and some locations still put salt on the no salt, but this location has done great by not the last 2 times I have visited. They haven't had sweet tea the last 2 times I went, but the last time they did have unsweet (one I am basing this review off of). I don't drink soda and it is nice to have an alternative to drink other than pop. I would like for them to start caring sweet tea so I can have half and half tea BUT they had sweetener that I was able to make my unsweet tea a little sweeter. The 1st time before that they didn't have either and ended up having to get something to drink that went to the trash because I didn't have anyone else with me to give the drink to. Otherwise, the food was nice and hot and good. The people here always seem to have done great service in the couple times I have stopped by. I will return to this location whenever I may lunch during the work week, or if I am ever over and want to eat here when I am not at work, this will be a go to location BK.

It was 24 dollars for 2 meals and, omg, the food was vile. The customer service was fast and friendly. It was super hot in the dining room. The food was so terrible I had to post this, for the sake of the community.
