Today (Saturday), the fam and I rolled into Golden Egg Pancake House around 11:30 am. It was the usual weekend scene--busy but manageable. The wait staff greeted us warmly, which is always a good sign, especially when you've got three hungry kids in tow. Once we were seated, the options seemed endless. Let me tell you about the portions--perfect for a family of five! The silver dollar pancakes? Comes as a dozen almost as big as the regular ones! And the breakfast skillet? A deceptive masterpiece of fill-you-up goodness. The crepes? Gigantic. Three per order, and they don't skimp on the toppings. And don't even get me started on the breakfast burrito--stuffed to capacity. And the taste? Top-notch. Not a single complaint from any of us. And the best part? With portions this generous, we practically had another meal's worth of leftovers to take home. We were so excited to dig in when the food arrived that I completely forgot to snap some pictures! So, if you've got a hungry crew to feed and want a meal that'll satisfy everyone without breaking the bank, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Can't wait to bring the fam back for more!

went to breakfast with a friend yesterday.. Waited over an hour and a half for our food. When we finally did get it was was amazing per usual. And they only had one waitress running the floor. I gave her a $35 tip. It was the day before thanksgiving. But waiting over an hour and a half for food is a little excessive. I felt so bad for the waitress being the only one running all those tables. I would recommend it but only if you're not in a hurry.

Friendly service, and the food is tasty, but they seem to be under staffed, because the food was not piping hot. The toast was too cold to spread and melt the butter. The other food was not very hot either. Nice family style atmosphere and very casual. I would rather pay while seated, but you have to go to a central payout station.. it seems to be constantly busy, and a couple more helpers would seem to smooth out the operation.
