If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would. This place was amazing. I have gone to several IHOP around different states and never been to any this good. The store was very clean, restrooms was the best I have seen. The food was cooked with care and Presentation. All employees was working hard and super friendly. Our waitress was fast, friendly and came back many times to check on us. She stayed busy even when she wasn't waiting on her tables. Thank you team for a great job

It’s like the employees don’t speak English nor Spanish couldn’t place an order or be helped at front desk. Girl at counter had no brain couldn’t communicate. Not ANYONE who “came to help “. Ridiculous.

Me and my girlfriend had to wait for at least an hour for our one item that we were sharing and there were a lot of staff in the kitchen area that apparently missed it. And people that arrived after us got their food and left already before we got our food. Very upsetting.

Order was over an hour late, food was delivered lukewarm or cold, they forgot my sons Oreo Waffle in his waffle meal, my lemon ricotta crepes were ok,but nothing to write home about, they looked anorexic , but were kind of passable in taste, and my vanilla cold brew I had to pour down the drain almost immediately because it smelled and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter getting old and stagnant for days before being served, with even the smell being totally revolting.Also don't bother with the Impossible Breakfast Sausage, because it tastes nothing like sausage, but your everyday, boring , run of the mill Boca veggie burger.Thankfully the delivery company, refunded my my sons ENTIRE breakfast order for my troubles.

The food sat in the window for 15 min before getting to us. We waited for drinks and couldn’t find a server to refill coffee. If they are going to take forever they should give us bigger cups! Had to ask for everything. Ran out of sugar and creamer. They are not on top of things.
Out of the stuff we ordered had to substitute for other items. No ketchup or syrup at the table. Guess the place was dead for a reason. Definitely not wasting my time or money to return again.

We waited a while to be seated but it wasn't busy when we got there, my son ordered kids chicken fingers and waffles and they didn't tell us they were out of chicken tenders but instead cut up a chicken patty and served him that. When I asked the server to replace it he just left and told the manager to handle it, I wasn't being rude or using a tone I was very nice. The manager used a napkin and grabbed the chicken off of my sons plate and just brought him more waffle which I had to pay for. I ordered the pot roast meal and there was a hair in the mashed potatoes. I could hear the kitchen staff complaining about customers the whole time I was there. All in all a terrible experience but the waiter was a young boy and he was nice when he came around.
