I used to enjoy coming here. Kept this place as a treat to myself. Went there today and I ordered my normal Italian night club and it was horrible. The meat has a strong smoky salty taste and the sub was in edible. I don't know what happened it it tasted horrible. Will be going to the Goshen store from now on.

Manager or whomever I have spoken with on the phone has been amazing but delivery (8 mins from the store) has taken an hour 2 days in a row, the first day my order was made incorrectly by the time i got it. They gave me a credit. I called in an hour ago and my order still hasn't been delivered. Again, the person i spoke to on the phone both days has been great but this does make me not want to order from here for delivery anymore.EDIT: There is a mix up on the second trip and they were more than professional and apologetic.

Went there for dinner the first time. I asked for a cup of ice and found a fly in it. When I told the employee about my previous experience it's like she didn't care. Second time I visited ordered the chicken caesar app and i'm not feeling well. Not going back.

I wanted to share that the cashier that had his hair pulled back in a bun with a nose piercing went above and beyond while having my food prepared. I have a gluten sensitivity and I really appreciate him having the lady make my sandwich change her gloves. He also checked to see if a sauce on one of the wraps had gluten in it. Exceptional service!Dietary restrictions: If you have a gluten sensitivity or complete allergy the sandwich maker changes their gloves

Can we please get a new speaker for drive thru I am constantly repeating myself and have had the wrong order made because of how unclear the speakers are...

Seriously not worth the price at all. Ordered a $17.00 \\\"Giant\\\" sandwich for delivery. It was 6 or 7 inches long and had so little meat in it that you couldn't even see it until you opened the sandwich. Never ordering Jimmy Johns again. If you want your money's worth, go to Penn or Mike's.

Food was great. I didn't get his name but the kid with the glasses charged us for a sandwich that we had a coupon for, he didn't give us our cups, or our pickles. He made the rest of the team look bad and I think the girl was a little embarrassed for having to fix all the mistakes.
The subs were very good and so was the service.
