Personally gave gone in there during the afternoon time have gotten amazing serive pizza was made fresh to order wait time a Lil iffy but it was during lunch time so I suspected to have a Lil wait but the after math was completely worth it great pizza great employees during that hr of time amazing service.

I had a 10 dollar gift card from Christmas and I took it to get food at one of the Elkhart stores and the card wouldn’t work and they just told me to go to a different store and sent me away. I took the same card to this store and again it wouldn’t work. But this time the the gentlemen there tried everything to get it to work then they said don’t worry about it and paid for my meal instead of sending me away. Absolutely incredible kindness and professionalism and great customer service. And the place is much cleaner and feels more comfortable than the others. The two guys names were Nate and Dan. Thank you guys again! :)

Pizza was good the girl that answered the phone act like she didn't care I was even on it he sounded like she had an attitude then I went to go pick it up and realized it was the same person that checked me out when I got my pizza I asked her if she was having a bad day and she just seemed like she had a nonchalant attitude but pizza was great

They have gotten a lot better with the spices on sauce. The only reason why I'm giving them four stars because, when I order a pie half with different toppings and other side plain cheese. The side with plain cheese has some of the toppings. That's not the good thing with picky eater.

Went in to pick up my order and get home, and you know that They had to know that the cheese pizza barely had any crust. The cheese was all pushed to one side of the pizza, like they picked it up and tip the box to the side right out of the oven. The cheese was stuck to the cardboard. I should have taken a picture and posted it. I didn't call and complain even though the pizzas are $8 now. If it happens again, I just won't go back!! This was at the location on elkhart Road. Next to Starbucks

Definitely order your food in person and don'tuse the pizza portal like we did. This location has always had good pizza when we buy it, but 3 out of the last 4 times getting bread there is no sauce...We got a sausage extra most bestest (had as much sausage as a normal one) and a pretzel crust pizza and bread. Once time I even asked the guy if the sauce was in the bag with the sticks and he said yes. Liar! There was 0 sauce that time. So yeah, if you want your order right order it in person and wait like all of the people I saw in there waiting for their correct orders.
Quick in and out. The food was good. Workers seemed like they'd be happy to be anywhere but there.

I bought a pizza there 2 days ago and immediately got nauseous after eating it. It was a specialty pizza. Turns out, more than 50% of the pizza was still completely doughy. Undercooked like crazy! I spent over $30 that day. Never again! I have a picture of I can figure out where to upload it.
