I am so sad to see this place close at the end of this month. The service is EXCELLENT and the pizza is so consistently delicious. We decided to give Luigis a try since we saw they was closing the Elkhart location. And I can honestly say I am not heart broken they will be closing. We walked in and ordered, sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes for it to be done, which mind you at 7 pm is a bit ridiculous. The pizza sauce was watery, "crust" so soggy it pretty much fell apart when you picked it up, tasted like a frozen pizza with super thin dough. We ordered an XL which was the size of a large everywhere else we order pizza. Wasn't worth the price we paid that is for sure.

We decided to try Luigi's after seeing on Nosey Neighbors of Elkhart people talking about how good they were. We were not disappointed. Very good pizza. Price was reasonable for the size and toppings. Friendly staff and spot on delivery time. An overall great experience. They have earned our future business.

Waited 3 hours for pizza that was never made. Started calling after 2 hours. But the line was busy for an entire hour. When she answered the phone she said I must have the wrong location. Really? You are less than 2 miles from my house and you have me as a repeat customer. Sent everyone home at 815? Refused to make my 3hr late pizza. Nice work guys! Still hungry!

By Far the Best Pizza in Elkhart or St Joe County!!! Saves me a trip driving to Chicago to pick 1 up...and the your Always Greeted with Friendly Staff. What else could you ask for.

Food is very poor and cheap the wings are all fat no meat literally taste and looks like the Walmart wings you airfry the pizza is not authentic crust pizza is very small for a large all around very poor food the garlic bread had no taste just like a piece of bread. I was very disappointed because I've heard great things through fb but after today it's a no for me.

Love their pizza! Tonight I ordered their hot wings with the pizza I was a little leary since I Iike spicey but not super hot. I will order these every time I order a pizza here on out! Not too hot at all but the flavor is on point??

After seeing the reviews for this place I decided to try it for myself. I read conflicting reports on wait times or that they don't answer the phone.Upon entering the place I was instantly greeted and the building was plenty warm. I could see them preparing pizzas in the background already. I told the woman behind the counter it was my first visit and I did not have to wait to place the order. (4PM right after open)She told me it would be a 25min wait and that seemed fine for a pizza. I left to run a small errand and returned with only a few minutes remaining. The entire time I was waiting there were a lot of calls coming in and the woman was answering them as they came in. So I can't imagine them not answering unless they are swarmed.I got the food and took it home. I got a half supreme and half cheese pizza. Also ordered the garlic bread. The supreme side had ample toppings for a thin crust and the cheese was great. The garlic bread was soft and crispy.The only complaint I have is the pizza dough itself was a little on the floppy side. I think another 2-4min and it would have been a little sturdier.The prices were also comparable to anywhere else and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to try a new pizza place.
Pizza is amazing… place is Great so are the people definitely recommend anyone to try .. you will not be disappointed at all… thank you Luigi’s for quailty pizza

The pizza is good. The service was great. My wife have an onion allergy and the lady made sure she had no cross contamination, and open new packages of ingredients just in case. That was very thoughtful as a restaurant.I don't believe it is much of a sit down and eat place. More of a pickup and go.

I ordered for the first time tonight after hearing a LOT of hype about this pizza. Some have said it's the best in Elkhart and I would have to disagree with that assessment. Best sauce? Maybe. That pizza sauce was damn good. Best value? Quite possibly. I would give it an overall 7.5 out of 10. It is quite good, but not very filling. Saying it isn't the best in Elkhart isn't really a knock because Elkhart has some amazing pizza. I would still highly recommend and I most certainly will be back
