If you're looking for the best salads, they're here. The pick 2 is the best option no matter what you're getting. McAllister's is a cross between fast food and dine in. They take your order at the front and then bring it to your table, and you leave your dishes behind. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I have no complaints.

Update below:Can't believe they didn't have Tomato bisque! That's one of their best soups, and they don't have it anymore! Very disappointing.Hopefully, the chicken tortilla soup is ok.Update: I won't be ordering the tortilla soup again. Who puts peas in chicken tortilla soup? Obviously, whoever designed that recipe never had real chicken tortilla soup.I understand that the menu changes from time to time, but there are some soups on the menu that haven't changed for as long as I can remember. Up until this trip to McAlister, they have always had the tomato add far as I know. That should be one that never goes away.

So glad we tried it! After reading the reviews we avoided trying it out but boy are we surprised. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was pleasant and the food was great. The bread was so fresh and sandwiches were tasty . We'll be back for sure!

The only 4 in restaurant actually working were a young girl like looked like she was in training the workers in kitchen and 1 manager in a grey shirt ( she came out from kitchen) that even asked one a the girls in group why she was still there. Did not get a good feel in business will not return

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE ORDER!!!! DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. I ordered online, after being charged the pickup time was set for the next day. I called the store and was told that I had to cancel the order. The staff (chelsey and christina) hung up on me TWICE! All I wanted was help with cancelling my order. My order was over 50 bucks. This was such an unfortunate experience. I refuse to eat from this restaurant again due to this poor experience.

Been here a few times and it's a really good place to go for a sandwich shop. There are so many options and the food has been great. Large portions for the price and they have flavored teas! My overall experience has been great. I would definitely recommend!
