we ordered a mccflury and when were waiting for our food the worker said “sorry our ice cream machine isn’t working” soon as you seen 2 works came walking for their break or something and THEY HAD ICE CREAM!! WHATTT?
This place is trash along with the idiots who work here. I paid for the car behind me (unintentionally) then told them the order was wrong then they was supposed to REFUND me and they didn't.... I also didn't order diet. So not a single drink got drank!!! Plus the chick had a attitude from the beginning.

sat in line for 10 minutes because the cashier wanted to talk to his raggedy friends about the good old days of trappin, standing at the drive-thru window... just for him to close the window on me once I pulled up so he could mop for another 10-15 minutes. once I got my food it was room temperature at best. I'm not sure how the service is at day, but at night (even for a McDonalds) this is just insulting.

I went to the store multiple times as a costumer and costumer service is horrible, employees are so rude, this time went to pick up a doordash order and they said they don’t have the had to call doordash, I call doordash and they were calling mc donalds but no one answered the phone, they came out so rude and told me to get out of the line ? definitely im not going back to that horrible store

I love that you can call about 6 times each time being about 2 minutes of just constant ringing before it says they can't come to the phone knowing that there's someone there filling out your DoorDash orders. Also love it that the shake machine, ice cream machine and slushy machines or whatever anything that has to do with ice and being cold is always broken or down.
