I had the chicken parmesan and bbq meatballs. The food was decent. The chicken parm was a little bland. The meatballs had a lot of flavor. The service was excellent ?? The place was really busy with takeout orders. The lobby was empty.

After numerous trips to this Location from 20 miles away, supporting this location all through COVID Shutdowns, today was the icing on the cake to NEVER EVER Return to this location. At about 8 pm tonight We tried ordering online and the app would not let us order. We decided to wait until we walked In to order. We asked to order our entrees and make them meals. We were told by both the Cashier (Iesha) and Shift supervisor (Benny) that that's not an option because there's no way to ring up the order that way, when it is clearly on the menu. We decide to just order for us and 4 children. My wife starts to tell her what we'd like to order and and then the Cashier (Iesha) tells my wife to shut up and not complain to her, and we were told to leave the store. IS THIS REALLY the way to treat Customers? Absolutely TERRIBLE and will never return to this location. If I could give Negative stars I would.
