Locked the doors way before closing time. Multiple customers turned away. Tried the drive-through and was told "sorry we're closed. We close at 10". It was 930. If you have a closing issue, then put your hours of closing earlier. Find somewhere else to eat that wants customers. I heard MOD pizza across the way will happily take your order.
This Panda Express is the absolute worse every single time I come they are out of everything! This time I waited 15 minutes in line just for them to tell me they were out of teriyaki chicken . Whoever the owner is needs to do better at ordering product or assistance management with the correct ordering process !

Chow Mein noodles weren't completely cooked. Kind of rubbery. Chicken was great! Didn't have 2 or 3 menu items. Selection was limited. My son didn't get what he ordered. No communication about them being out of something. Just threw whatever in the box.

This location is CONSTANTLY out of multiple entree’s. The lobby is closed during operating hours often, and then they’re running drive through only with a long line. Not quite sure why they choose to close the lobby so often.

Food was sweet which for some of the options was weird, for how everything is portioned like got the big plate but basically the same amount of food for someone who got just a plate but because it was 3 entries inside of 2, I don't know just a little weird for me. I would expected a little more for the price. Unfortunately they forgot our silverware so ended going in for it and our drinks on top of it. Kind of disappointed for our first time there.

Why do they consistently short you on the entre in a bowl? I get one that's got a decent amount of meat/entre then the next time it's pieces of meat! I tried rendering this by going in and they still want to fill the bowl till its heaping with rice then squeeze on barely any entre! Gee thanks for the $12 fried rice!

Bought four three entree meals and everything was completely screwed up I spent 45 minutes to keep calling back and nobody will answer the phone there I'm calling the freaking corporate office this is unacceptable $60 worth of food and it's completely none of it is what we ordered

Thank you so much for your empathy, Noe. I appreciate the understanding and the care you took in helping me. My replaced food was delicious, and the customer service was wonderful.
