I tried placing an order for delivery and called this location and was told they couldn't deliver to my address because it was assigned to the Cassopolis St. location. That location is now closed and neither this location or the Nappanee St. locations can deliver to my address. I'm only leaving a review here in hopes that the corporate office will see this and fix the issue. This is something that I feel like should have been taken care of before they closed the Cassopolis St location. I can only imagine how much business they're losing this way. I ended up ordering from Volcano Pizza instead because I could get delivery.

I live in the apartments upstairs. I’ve never ate at this Pizza Hut shockingly. Ordered my first pizza due the snow storm we’re having. Tasted sooo good, fresh and hot! Most likely because they just opened for the day honestly. But no complaints here!

I placed an order through an app and pizza hut advertises a cheesy oven baked alfredo pasta. With that you're supposed to receive 5 breadsticks. So as any smart human would think, you order 2 bowls of pasta, you get 10 breadsticks. They have a separate bundle for less money that has 2 pastas and 5 breadsticks but I ordered 2 pastas with 10 breadsticks and the employee behind the counter gave me the 2 pastas and 5 breadsticks. So I asked him about it and he told me I was wrong and to go get my receipt so he could show me where I'm wrong. After I got it, it proved I was right. But he wasn't having it. He told me I was wrong and he does this all day for a living. So I showed him on the app and he still said I was wrong. After that I asked for his name and he said he wanted a reason so I told him I wanted to talk to his manager but it turns out, he is the manager. He then called his gm to try and figure it out but they backed him and told him to call the cops on me. They didn't give me what I paid for and they were mad at me. I left and called 3 other pizza huts and asked what I should have gotten for what I paid and they all said I was in the right. The manager there is an absolute moron and doesn't doesn't deserve a job at all. He had the worst people skills I've ever seen in a manager. This was my worst experience at any food establishment in a very long time. I would highly recommend nobody supporting this location.

Pizza hut lost me. Placed an order at 700.....stated it was going to be delivered at 10 50.......waited....and waited.....no order at 12 midnight even though the tracking said it was being made........done, no pizza. You need to fix this...here comes the automated response:Appears that is the experience you want for us as this is not being addressed.

There was trash falling out the delivery drivers car door. My wings were all over my pizza and bread sticks, bbq sauce everywhere. Meatball pizza was scrunched up as well. To me it looked like my big dinner box was dropped or maybe slide off the seat. I called 3 times and never spoke to anyone, caller ID at its best.

Ordering from any Pizza Hut these days is just a bad idea. Either their wait time is forever, their pizza is no good, or they can't get an order right. I suggest going to another place if you want chain pizza. Pizza Hut has lost a lot over the years, and it doesn't look like it's coming back from the dead.

We ordered 32 boneless bbq wings, two pizzas (one wrong, there was no seasoning on the crust when it was ordered with the hut blend), and two of the cinnamon roll desserts. 16 wings were old and two were only breading, the other 16 we're bone in instead of boneless. We probably won't be ordering for a while again. And they respond to every review with the same copy pasted message... What a shame.

So mad an order at 7pm with website saying 1-1 1/2 hr delivery time. all acceptable. But at 9:00pm attempted to call restaurant and no answer. Called again at 9:30pm no answer. Called corporate they tried to call no answer. They said they would e-mail a claim form, never arrived. Call Credit card company next day, they tried to call no answer. They reversed charges. I should say that at 10:30pm driver shows up attempting to deliver. I refused it as I went to Taco Bell to get some food at 9:30pm ate it before they showed up 3.5hrs later. This place need new managers as they are horrible

DON’T EAT HERE!!!! Everrrrr!!!! The order was extremely wrong! it was missing a Whole large pizza!The dough was like old, and the breadsticks tasted like cinnamon!The order was also late and when I tried to get back to them to correct the order, they didn’t even pick up!!!Awful store! Wouldn’t send here not even to my worst enemy!I forgot to take a picture, the breadsticks are already in the trash!

Change everything! Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Placed an online order and the email said it would be ready at 9:40pm (100 minute wait). I thought the store closed at 9pm so my wife and I called over 10 times and every time it rang about 10 times then sounded as someone picked up the phone and hung up. Went to the store since they wouldn’t answer and asked when they closed, the employee said 9pm. I showed him the confirmation email I had for my pickup at 9:40pm and he stated that any order placed online with a pickup/ready time after closing time is not received by the store. The only positive thing is that the guy offered to stay open to cook our order, but then informed me that it would have to be normal price. I was using a coupon and points and he said he couldn’t do anything about that so my order would cost $20 more than what was confirmed. I am just grateful I was paying with cash and didn’t use my card or I would have probably not been as polite as I was. What a flawed system and the employees were no better.
