We had the chicken Parmesan. Sauce was was very bland with no flavor & noodles were over cooked and cold. Service could have been better.

Food was good but impressed with how accommodating they were. Our party of 4 met for lunch and ended up talking for over 4 hours. Instead of kicking us out, they simply moved us to another table and continued checking on us. Our server was super nice, and we really appreciated the time, so we tipped well when we left!

This was our first visit to Rulli's at this location and only our second time ever to a Rulli's. The food was great along with the service. When we arrived they were playing trivia. It was fun listening to all of them having a great time!

Cute place. Terrible service. We asked to sit in back and were told no because of rotation so we sat down. Next couple came in and asked for our area so we were asked to move to back so we did. Waitress took order and we got drinks. Got salad and waited, and waited. 2 tables came in after us, ate and left before our food came.1 plate at a time over 15 minutes. We checked in with her numerous times and got all kinds of b.s. about staffing that apparently only affected our table. Food was terrible. Flimsy, worm like fries, white sauce was tasteless etc Took nearly 2 hours and less then 10 minutes to taste food and pay and leave. She discounted us 10.99 for the hassle. I wouldn't eat here for free. I would have rather paid full price and had a nice dining experience. Will never return
