Absolutely saddened in how disgusting our food was tonight for almost $100 I wish I would have just made dinner. I thought we'd have a relaxing night for my daughter's birthday instead we paid $89 for trash. All of it was pathetic to say the least... ? and I was bragging that it was so good two people here never even had it before. Probably won't ever buy again!

On Wednesday, October 2nd at 7:45pm: I was told by a co-worker that the meatball classic grinders are amazing. My first time visit. Was very disappointed. I ordered a 4" and 8" meatball grinder and an order of french fries. Got two bags of chips instead of french fries. I agreed to wait for french fries. After 20 minutes, my order was complete. Got home to fries not cooked (still frozen on inside). I put them in my own oven and baked for an additional 11 minutes. The 4" meatball sandwich was good and bread toasted nicely. However, the 8" meatball sandwich was a mess! Sauce soaked into bread that was not toasted. Soggy mess. I did try to call, but store was already closed for the evening. I called the next day and was told that I had to bring back the order the day of the order to get any consideration of compensation. After spending close to $18 for this order and the lack of customer service I received the following day, I will not be returning. PS: I found 200% better meatball sandwiches at Lake Street Pizza and Pizza Transit in Niles, Michigan.

It's really good food but I got a french dip and it wasn't even enough meat to cover the surface of the bread that had been sliced. I think they got new owners.

I have always gotten good service from this store. The meat grande pizza (my favorite) is always very good. Despite this being a chain/franchise store, the toppings are always so generous, they’re falling off the pizza slices as you eat them. I would skip the medium pizza, unless you’re eating alone. It is pretty small. 2 medium pizzas barely feed four. Get at least larges or extra larges, to be safe.

Haven't been to South bend in 12 years and mancino's was on my must eat list when I got back into town. The grinders are not the same they were 12 years ago. Totally disappointed! Took a couple bites and threw the rest of the sandwich away. Yuck!
