My first visit to this Mancino's. I have been to most of them in the Michiana area. I ordered my favorite on the phone. When I walked in I found a run down unorganized place. I hoped that was not reflected in the food. Wrong. Food was sloppy and undercooked. Doughy bread on the sandwich and unmelted cheese on the calzone. They had no drinks avaliable. The coke machine was broken. There was a coke fridge in a area next to the counter. No cokes just weird. I will not visit this one unless things change.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to the door for wheelchair access. Once inside they have tables with chairs that can be moved. Plenty of space.

This place is a hot pile of garbage. Went there and there was nobody in the place. Two people working or whatever they were doing. Ordered a grinder for old time sake. I remember when they used to be the bomb back in the day what I received was literally a sandwich with some lunch meat turkey slices and melted cheese on it. No lettuce no tomato no nothing else. This place needs to just close up. A total shell of what Mancino‘s used to be. When you’re known for your grinders and whoever you have working for you does not know how to make a grinder that’s pretty bad. As bad as it gets. Would’ve given zero stars but unfortunately that’s not a possibility.In retrospect I really wish I would’ve read the reviews before I tried this garbage. Every one star review is right on point. Close this place. Please Health Department come and close this place.

This place took our on line order and our money on 6/30/22 and then was closed when we went to pick it up. We were told we would get a refund and it hasn't happened. They stole our money!!!!** Update 7/12/22 FINALLY 2 weeks later, we received a reversal for our money so I raised it to 22 stars. It shouldn't have taken so long to solve this.. I still have no idea what the food is like.

Only three good things: order was ready on time and the bread and sausage were still great. BUT, no Lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers or banana peppers, ice or soft drinks. The turkey was nasty processed lunch meat. They use to serve real sliced turkey!

Ordered on the app on 6/14/2022 at 7pm. Order accepted; money still in pending. Arrived and location was closed completely, no sign on front door no explanation. Our money is still pending with them. Unable to contact anyone or leave a voicemail. Still waiting to contact an owner or manager. If anyone has suggestions please let us know.

This place looks like it's on the verge of closing. No soda, no ice. Empty units sitting bare. Promoting Hershey ice cream not having that either. T.V.'s are off. Location really doesn't help. Literally the only person there at 12:30 during lunch.

I used to work at the one on lincolnway before it closed. I now work close to this one, and tried it for lunch one day and honestly don't see why it's in business. Unfriendly. Not very timely. Nothing to drink. Not the cleanest looking. Most of the employees I've seen while waiting just sit on their phones yet looking around there's definitely plenty that could be done. Overall, I miss the vibe and service of the lincolnway one. This one should have gone out of business instead.

Was a great place for a good lunch. Today drink machine not working (broken for over a month), no bottle drinks and short on multiple food items. TV’s that used to show the menu not working, one person working, overall very disappointing.

The past 3 times I've tried to order from here my order has had to be altered or canceled because they don't have ingredients or their oven is broken. What food we do get is weak and subpar compared to the price I paid for it. I highly recommend not wasting your money here

grinders were so skimpy it was truly sad ordered the combos upgraded them with salads and ordered extra chips and onion rings no extra chips was not refunded the money watched the guy bare hand make my salad no gloves and didn't wash gross ? threw it away so wasted my money onion rings cold and very under cooked husband threw them away for the price I paid I will never return as a customer nor will I ever recommend very pissed!!

Haven't been to a mancinos in eight years and I was NOT impressed. Their walk in floors looked like they haven't been cleaned not once. The whole place looked run down and dirty 2/10 would not recommend.

I’ve been a fan of mancinos for a long time. I don’t plan on coming back to this one for a while. No fountain drinks, no bread sticks. Dirty dining room. My pizza wasn’t cooked enough . This place might as well close until they can get it together
