I am a frequent traveler and stop at many different Starbucks. This by far has been the worst experience. The girl at the register put my order in wrong. The staff was so overwhelmed with orders they did not complete 1 order at a time. I stood there for 40 minutes waiting on the incorrect items. When I informed the girl making the drinks they were incorrect, instead of fixing it right away she said I would have to wait longer. I did not have the time to wait another 40 minutes for drinks to be made and the drinks we did receive were horrible tasting. I will not be stopping at this facility again when I come to visit my family nor will I be recommending it.

Specialty drinks aren't anyways spot on, but the main concern is that they can't serve anything hot. I've even tried ordering extra hot, and it's still tepid at best.
Not very happy about the quality of the coffee at this location. The blonde roast is all treats burnt. Extra water more than necessary was added to cold brews.
