Not thrilled with the attitude of the morning staff. Definitely needs worked on, the customers can here you talking about them. They should be more aware of that.

I had a bad experiences into this location at 380 E Mishawaka Rd I Martins supermarket..their customer service is rude and unprofessional. 1st incident I asked her to load my card with my cash and she said i can do it the app? How can I load Cash in the app? She refuses until i said tou cannot load cash only debot and credit card. 2nd incident, its mothers day, she upfront taking orders without any greetings like hello/hi to her customer and in a grumpy face. i understand she might be tired bec of long line but at least smile with your customer. The rude and unacceptable when i showed her my order in celphone screen and she said "can you remove your phone and read ur order" who asked that? So no choice i had to read my order to her coz she lazy to read and when my order is done no THAnK YOU at all!She should not be working as customer service, she ruined the reputation of Starbucks!!!'

Everytime I come here I ask for the Samething.A Carmel Ribbon Crunch .Every single time it tastes like Coffee And milk.So I started to ask For more Carmel flavoring In the drink.One time I asked for 8 pumps then I started asking for 10 pump ,then I asked for 14 pumps,lastly I asked for 20 pumpsEvery single time it has tasted no differenceOnly had it made correctly 1 time.I'm finding New coffee place.You have 1 JOB.0 stars from me
