The food was great but the men's bathroom stunk so bad it smelled like piss. And the water doesn't work in the men's bathroom either. Horrible. Talked to the manager Carrie and she said she would send someone in there and nope. No one ever went in there. Never come to this place again

Steak and shake is a place where one would go late at nite or after the party to get some food to sober up. Lol. The food is OK, but the shakes are pretty good. If you get there between 2pm and 4pm, shakes are half price.

My frisco was not it. It was very saggy and tasted like the meat was bad or something.The employee lady with no teeth is extremely rude and unprofessional. What do I have to do around here to get good service and a good frisco ? The fries and shake was alright, that’s the only reason for the one star otherwise I would’ve done 0 if I could.

I grew up loving Steak & Shake but I don't recommend it anymore. Even though it's never busy the service is slow and it tends to be dirty. The food isn't what it used to be and isn't very good. I also am not a fan of the kiosk ordering system and I haven't met anyone that is.

Got a Frisco melt, small fries and a shake. Shake was about the same as anywhere else. Fries were cold. Bland. The Frisco melt was greasy, tasteless sandwich. Total waste of money.
This was the worst place to eat we found a roach in our food and then was told he will remake it I asked for my money back but because I use the kiosk he cannot return my money he told me to call the one 800 number and they will refund my whole order very organized and

Steak and Shake used to be fairly decent but that was a decade ago. Now it's ok food and self checkout style eating and absolutely next to no service. The upside it's honestly kind of cheap for a sit down restaurant. But again don't expect much service. You order everything from a screen and they bring you your meal and that's that.
