NO way!!!! I’m from St. Louis in town on business, been literally going to this subway everyday. The staff is great! Makes great sandwiches and are very personable, until today where I was greeted by a very angry, unfriendly and curt (to put it nicely) person who claimed to be the manager. Haven’t seen her at all until now and her actions were rude, incorrigible, and unappetizing. Because of her, I will NOT return, which is unfortunate because the staff otherwise was what kept me coming back. She claims to be management , well when you call them you get nothing. I feel bad for who works there, and I don’t recommend anyone to go there! And I won’t return!

After having trouble with the online app to get the two-for-one sandwiches once I got the store but young lady behind the counter came out help me with perform the order online as well as hung with me to make sure everything was okay she performed wonderful customer service thank you to all that made my order

Person was working alone ger help never showed up. Person working said she just got out of hospital and had pneumonia and kept coughing and gasping for breath. Felt bad for her and was afraid to eat there due to flu and other illnesses.
