Hire more people or something, only having 2-3 workers on a Saturday night is plain dumb. Was in line for 30 minutes for a pick up order. Ridiculous

Be smart people 1. Check your receipt!!! 2 check the food BEFORE you leave. These people rap old ingredients in these Burritos, especially the grilled stuff. BURRITOS if you order extra ingredients. You probably won't get them.... The attitude when going to correct something is terrible and again. If you get it remade, check it. I had to go back twice and on the third time. They told me they couldn't fix my order because of inventory and shoved a refund down my throat. Night shift day shift is just lazy and cheap with the ingredients. Most of the time their food isn't ? Side note they're really bad about giving old refried beans out. They're either burnt or completely dehydrated. I miss the Taco Bell of the 90s.

The most accurate Taco Bell around. They are normally very friendly and keeps the drive-thru moving!! I'm always that girl that gets the "special order" items so I've had so many people get irritated. This location is patient and has never gotten an attitude for my order. It's made correctly and still comes out quickly..Vegetarian options: All the items can be made to suit a vegetarian diet.Dietary restrictions: You can have items taken off or switched out to make pretty much any diet work.Parking: Large parking lotKid-friendliness: Many menu items for the kiddos to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: Never had any problems getting even a wide wheelchair in the door or moved around inside.
This place is ridiculous. The guy at the drive thru window literally told me that he won’t take my order unless i was here for door dash. Now there is a huge line behind me and im basically stuck here with no end in sight. This location is the absolute worst!

avoid this place in the morning! The staff acts like they are still mentally asleep, especially the female, consistently getting your order wrong and won't even say word except for your total if you are lucky. I will be ordering from one of the other 3 Taco Bells in the area and recommend you do the same.

while it was extremely short staffed, they did not meet expectation. my family and i ordered on the kiosk and had to go in and specifically modify our items. when we requested no tomato or lettuce, it was on there anyway. the service was also very slow, cars in the drive thru were waiting for at least 15 minutes before receiving their orders and my family and i waited at least 20 before receiving our wrong order.

Was told to use kiosk with exact change. Sat and waiting 20 minutes for a $5. Was told they never got order due to not paying. Had the $10.25 in hand. Only aloud 30 minutes for lunch. Go talk to manger in Black car out in parking lot.

Okay hi thank you for your reviews at Taco Bell in Applebee now just let you know for the last 3 days I have been working here by myself for a couple hours a piece today has been the longest I hope you'll still come to this Taco Bell I'm willing to help you out the best I can I'm so sorry for any inconvenience there is.

Rude and just plain ignorant. Never get hot sauce always get attitude if have to ask at the window. Usually it's around 2pm, night crew is lil better
