I ordered a double with extra cheese and mayo. They put half the tub of mayo on this sandwich and expected me to eat that. Of course I took it back and got a refund. I wish I had taken a photo because it was so bad I think someone was doing a really bad prank.

I usually wouldn't take the time to review a fast food restaurant, but this is the best fast food restaurant I have ever ordered from and deserves props.I go here at least twice a week, and they have never gotten my order wrong. They are always professional and friendly. The food is solid and even sometimes looks like the picture! This is truly the best fast food experience of my 50 years

When I got to the window I asked if I could add a bacon double stack to my order and was told that they could not add on to my order. That was unprofessional and obviously hurting Wendy's pocket. I tried to buy more and was told no. Totally disappointed in the service.
