Wendy's 2929 ferndale rd Elkhart, IN.Thank you for putting ghost pepper cheese on 2 of my breakfast baconators we did not ask for my 2 year old daughter took a bite of it first and only cried for a few hours. Also thank you for having an awful manager who said that was impossible and I was lying. I asked if they could check the bag so no one else would have to deal with this and was told all cheese comes in clear unlabeled bags and their has never been anything dealing with ghost peppers in that building. I was told if I don’t like it don’t eat Wendy’s.

We work at meijer127 near Wendy's. In the past we have gotten really poor service. Since the end of the pandemic we decided to give We decided to give Wendy's a try again. I'm so happy to come in for our lunch and have Billy there to greet us and wait on us. He makes us want yo come back. I personally love his cheerful and uplifting attitude. We look for him when we come in. He now knows us by name. Please let him know his customers appreciate him. Thank you

Clean!!Vegetarian options: Plenty of salads, Baked potatoes, FruitDietary restrictions: Low-Calorie diets would be able to know calorie count right when they are ordering.Parking: Plenty of parking all around the building.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kiddo options.Wheelchair accessibility: Wouldn't have a problem getting a wheelchair in & out. Last Thursday ordered dbl and fries, was whispered to that was ev $11, screen outside wasnt on . I knew that was a lot more than a cpl months ago. Go to window and again it was muttered $11 like it was a secret. I was tired and couldnt hear or understand the guy .Just went today and same exact meal was $9.39. I didnt get a receipt for the 11. So I say something today about the $11and get must be new night guy but no mention of making it right.Parking: I use drive thru

Wendy's has some good food choices I like and some healthy styles of food.There are some aspects of some of the sandwiches that they think they are what they are but really not like the asiago was not Asiago, but it was still good altogether.
