Service was okay. As soon as we got into the building, we had to wait nearly 20 mins to be seated. The restaurant was basically empty and quiet.. There was nobody at the front seating. Walked to the back, had to get someone to seat us because they were talking and eating food. We got seated and they were nice. Server came out quick, took our order and we waited another 25 minutes for food. We saw people who came in after us get their food first. I have a 2 year old that was pretty cranky at the time waiting for food.. we got our food and the Mac and cheese was watery ... decided to not eat it. We didn't get very much help after that.. overall, the stars are just for the kindness.. but some of the food was fresh and good!

Called in and ordered the new Cajun chicken Mac and cheese. Boyfriend went and picked it up and brought this home. There’s more chicken than pasta… normally food from here is awesome but this was really disappointing & not worth what I paid for it. Then I opened it up and there is a piece of plastic in the sauce…

The wings were trash. They weren’t crispy. They were dripping so much oil. They were so soggy. They smelled like raw meat. It was cold when it came to my door. Never eat at this place.

I'm assuming this location is short staffed currently. I came in last night to order an appetizer, wings and a beer. We sat at the bar and we're greeted within 2-3 minutes so that was good. She got our beer order, checked out ID's and had them back to us within 3-4 minutes. Again, no problem. We waited about 10-12 minutes before she came back to get our food order. I ordered 10 boneless wings WITH celery and blue cheese. What I got was 10 traditional wings, no blue cheese and no celery. She got the blue cheese no issue, but no celery was ever brought out. I'm a decent person so I didn't throw a fit or send my food back, I just ate it. The wings tasted great but they're hardly saucing the wings at all now. This place has gone downhill a smidge. I'm hoping maybe they can get staff up and work on their food quality a bit. The bartender/waitress was very sweet and kind. That definitely goes a long way. All in all it was a good place to have some quality time with family.

I will struggle to go back. Haven't been there since June due to the same situation as today. Waited at least 5 minutes to be seated. 3 groups stood there at the same time. A CUSTOMER who was leaving walked back towards bar let them know people were waiting and told those standing there. When hostess finally came she was not welcoming at all. Chloe our server deserves credit for making our visit tolerable after the wait. I have walked out of this location before because of wait to be seated. If the hostess has responsibilities in the kitchen for pickup orders put a sensor on the door with a bell in back Or just switch to seat yourself.I wish Niles was closer because I never had this issue there in 10 years I lived in Niles.
