I love Elwood McDonald's ppl are great. I hate the frappe machine breaks alot but the ppl apologize everytime an because they know me they make jokes when it is fixed. An for r those who give a bad review because they have to wait long time. They all still go back an understand it's not their fault ppl don't want to work so they do their best with the great team they have.
Employee out front was very nice and patient with all the people. We are from out of town not even to our destination for the 2024 Eclipse. We tried to order on the kiosk but it went down half way through our order. Staff member fixed it but offered to take our order directly. Inside was full and the drive through was backed up. Don't use the app here. It took 32 minutes from the time I submitted the payment to the time they finally brought out the order. Deals are not worth it. The drive through takes 5 to 10 min. Nobody checks those online orders. They bring your food and run off. You still have to go back in to make them get the order right.
