Their phones are always unable to be answered after a certain time of night and if you don’t have a car forget getting food if you don’t get off work till after 11pm unfortunately I don’t get off until 1

You order from a kiosk, paid for add ons and didn't get them. Service took forever, no one at the counter to help you. Bathrooms were disgusting. Have to say that this location is getting worse.

I’m usually not this person, but my experience tonight was terrible. I understand that places are short staffed, but that doesn’t affect reading comprehension. I ordered online and got all the way home to see that I got shells with cheese lettuce and sour cream. That’s it. Go all the way back and have to wait 15 minutes just to for someone to even see me, got it remade, only to find it made incorrect AGAIN. People have dietary restrictions and have to order things the way they do for a reason. Take the time to actually listen and read and you won’t have so many unhappy customers.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian that was served beef
