Came into today to get a Ruben combo. Mackenzie took my order and was very nice and helpful. I dined inside. The Ruben was great but the curly frys weren't very warm. They were out of Dr Pepper and said that they'd fix and would let me know, but that didn't happen. No biggie, I just had Coke instead. All in all decent. I'll come back to this location.Parking: Plenty of spots
I ordered thd limited time classic cheesesteak sandwich.Ive had it twice now...and this is my favorite sandwich..Please keep this sandwich for good.I absolutely love it!!

It's a mixed bag here when it comes to service. The drive thru seems to be on par, but when I go in, it's slacking. One time I was up at the counter for 4-5 minutes and no one came, so I called the store number and said I was up front. (I hesitate to do stuff like that cause then I get paranoid about retribution and something getting put in my food or whatnot.) Sometimes I ask questions about the food and if the person helping me can't answer, they can usually get someone who knows and that's good service though.Anyway, the food is about right here, never had a complaint about it.

Store refused to honor the 5 for $5 national promotion because they were "almost" out of roast beef. I spent 20 minutes trying to get the app to work. It just kept kicking me out back to Google Play. Then I went into the store, and no one helped me at the counter for more than 5 minutes. If they were "out" of roast beef, that is one thing. Not filling orders on a legitimate promotion is something completely different. I will never return to this store. This clearly constitutes fraud. The food i didn't get did not taste good, and i was attempting to dine in. The app developers need to add something to accommodate issues at individual stores, not just have the app fail. I eat Arbys on a fairly regular basis, but never again here.

I’m sure the employees aren’t getting paid enough, so who’s getting my hard earned money here?It was almost $10 for a sandwich and a fry - no drink. What the?There’s a Chinese buffet right next door, I could have had all that AND dessert for an extra $2! Or I could have had a Subway footlong with better roast beef for about the same!I’m NEVER eating at an Arby’s again without some kind of killer coupon.
