I was recently visiting the mall with my grandmother. We will never visit this specific Auntie Anne’s ever again!!!! not because of the food. Not because of the food, but because of one of the employees. I made sure to get a good look at her name tag. She wasn’t even working the counter and still gave us dirty looks, and talked to the other staff members like garbage. Her disrespect towards them alone made us want to leave without finishing our food.

On vacation visting from Rhode Island decided to stop here for my Dad’s birthday because it’s a favorite place of his back home! Highly dissatisfied, a young women with green hair had an attitude towards us when I asked if I could get pretzels that were not cold because the two I had ordered were given to me cold. They are too slow with their orders. 3 customers in line I waited 15 minutes for 2 pretzels and 2 drinks.

Our kids love Auntie Anne's for the pretzels. Our kids love the pepperoni pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce. Awesome place atmosphere and service every time and always get samples while waiting in line.

Been to this Auntie Anne's location twice, both visits were terrible. Friday night waited in line for 15 minutes because they were training a new cashier which is fine, after finding out of everything I wanted was out they asked me to wait another 15 minutes. After returning my order was "burned" so they were "remaking it"...long story short I left the mall with pretzels one hour later at closing. On my second visit on a weekday afternoon they were out of what I wanted again, so they said they'd make it fresh so I grabbed my order on my way out to find liquid-butter soaked burnt pretzels and the cheese I paid for not in the bag. Fooled me twice. Pro's +Location Con's -Service
