Absolutely the rudest takeout lady ever working tonight. We called in to ask a question about the menu and order for pick up. The lady on the phone was very rude to my husband and without answering our question hung up on us. We then called back and asked for a manager. She stated that she was the manager and hung up on my husband again. Absolutely rude and will not be calling in again. I did end up going to the location and finding the real manager.

Have a party with tabs of two or more? Would not recommend. They're trying to implement an all digital payment method that does not work well at all. Our group spent more than 45min waiting for our checks and for them to try and figure out how the system works to split tabs instead of just getting our checks and paying right there. Not to mention it also includes a tip even with subpar service.Unless you like being on the cutting edge of technology that doesn't work, all the while at your expense, I would not recommend. The need to not reinvent the wheel and go back to the way every other resturant works being able to pay right there instead of dealing with an all digital payment with numerous back and fourth visits trying to get it worked out.

I had been craving Buffalo wings, so for New Year's Eve lunch, we thought we'd go to Buffalo Wild Wings. That was our first mistake. My wife ordered a shredded chicken wrap. I ordered six buffalo wings with a side order of onion rings. By the time my wife's rap came out and my onion rang, the onion rings were lukewarm, and she said that she would be bringing my Buffalo wings out shortly. Well, my wife was already done eating the rings got cold, and I had been sitting there for more than 30 minutes waiting for my wings. When I got them, they were sub-par. Small and overcooked, not very good at all for a place whose name is Buffalo Wild Wings. You think they would do a better job. I asked the waitress why it took so long, and she said that they had gotten an order for 400 wings, which put the whole dining room behind. I told the waitress that the wait was completely unacceptable. The only good thing about it was the waitress. She was sweet and apologetic. I told her it wasn't her fault, but I don't think we'll be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings. On a positive note, she did bring us fresh Onion Rings and comped them, and I did get 8 wings instead of 6, but again, they were small and overcooked. Disappointing. If this review helped, please give me a thumbs up.

I would have given it zero stars but the lady that took my takeout order was very friendly and did a great job. I ordered 15 wings, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. I have had a few not so good experiences here before but figured I’d give them a try again. Shouldn’t have. Didn’t get my onion rings. The wings were way overcooked, small, and cold. One of the 15 “wings” wasn’t even a “wing” with meat on it(see pics). I never give reviews but after so many times, I have to let my experience be known. I cannot, in good conscience, eat at this establishment again. For the $52 I paid (got my son a burger and fries), I expected better food.

Ive never had wings so dry in my life. This was my first stop to this location. I didnt complain, I just ate it and decided id never be back. I figured if the wings are that dry then you truly dont know what you are doing so I didnt want another batch.

This is where our daughter wanted to eat for her birthday, so we went. food is insanely overpriced!! 4 ppl $128.00 everyone ate wings, 2 appetizers and drinks. The server took our drink order and returned with our drinks 10 mins later w/o straws. We waited another 20 mins before she returned for the appetizer order and waited at least 25 mins before they were served. Didn't take our order for another 30 mins, and it took 40 mins before 4 orders of wings were brought to the table. When we walked in, I couldn't believe how slow they were and said to my wife, since it's dead, the service should be top notch. Maybe 17-25 ppl and for a Friday night at 8 pm at b dubs that's extremely slow.

I know it's a sports bar. But don't expect to go in during down slow hours and expect to be able to talk to anyone. It's loud. Success in wings are heavy on the vinegar. I gagged. They did take them off my bill. I really used to enjoy this place. But I think I'm done.

Nothing special. Haven't been to a buffalo wild wings in a few years. Ordered off the late night menu. The soft pretzel bites were pretty good however they use the most generic liquid queso you can find. The guac was pretty gross but to be expected here. For $4 I wasn't as upset but the regular menu prices are absurd.Savannah was our server. Did a good job. Didn't have to wait long for a drink or food. However seemed busy so she was more to the point it felt. Not a bad thing but a little personality helps.B-Dubs is certainly not what it used to be. If nothing else close is open then it's fine. But their prices, food quality and service is well below the old days.

50% of the time the wings are hot, and the shape of a fist. 50% of the time my traditional wings are cold and shriveled like my nuts in the morning. $14.99 for a 10 wing crapshoot is getting a little too expensive when I've got an air fryer. It's also a $4 draft special despite Google ads still advertising $3. I'm sure I'll try again eventually because the bartender was nice.

I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. Ordered wings and fries. I'd love to say it was mid, but I wasn't even that impressed with it. I took two bites and asked for a box. I'm hoping someone at home will eat this, so the $25 in overpriced food isn't completely wasted. I'll stick to Wings, ETC.
