Let me start off by saying, I am an employee of Sodexo, the company that manages this Chic-Fil-A.THIS IS NOT THE WEST SIDE CFA. This is a CFA Express located on the first floor of UC West @ USI.With that out of the way, this CFA is pretty much the same as what you'd find in an airport or at another college campus. No shakes, just cookies. The team over at CFA is pretty shorthanded, but they make the best of what they have. Food is alright, just like every other CFA in existence.My one gripe is with Sodexo's ValidFill system, which limits when and how many refills you can get on your drinks.

Drive through is SLOW. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get in line. Then another 20 waiting for my food. And I mobile ordered! Missing sauce, & straw & spoon
Have went there twice now within the same week, dinner and breakfast, drive thru only of course. Terribly slow service. All the meme jokes about fast service at chicfila compared to mcdonalds fell flat at this new store.

Good food and good service but one thing... The woman who was telling when cars to go told our family to go FORWARD. But she wasn't paying attention to her right side, so we had to slam on the brakes. I just want to say this for future visits.
