Did catering with them and it did not live up to what I was expecting. Ordered 5 sandwich trays for my daughter’s baby shower and they looked nothing like on the web page. I felt like there wasn’t hardly any chicken salad on them and one of them had a piece of plastic in the sandwich. Will never do this again.

I pulled up to the speaker, and the man working was very nice at the speaker and the window. I ordered the fruity Fran on toasted wheat with a side of fresh fruit and a large sweat tea. The bread was toasty and warm, the chicken salad was absolutely delicious, and the fruit was good too. The tea was also good, it didn't taste metallicy like some places do.I would definitely say give this place a try.

Seems this place is not like it used to be. The girl at the counter does not know the menu. Husband ordeted a Japenano Holly and "made it a trio". I ordered Cranberyy Kelly and grape salad and ADD chips. When I looked at the receipt, it was wrong. No ,make it a trio". She did not listen to him ordering. THEIR loss of an additional $2.49. My sandwich did not have much chicken salad. Very thin layer. Tadte was good but the amount was not.Very disappointing. His had a heaping amount. It's just a little odd on consistency .

The mini chicken salad croissant tray was delicious! I especially enjoyed the Sassy Scotty flavor. The croissants were so fresh and tasty. Great customer service!

My spouse & I arrived around 6:30 p.m. and I was pleased to find out my sandwich choice was still available--Lauryn's Lemon Basil. They were out of some salads so asked about seasonal salad & what was in it. Person taking our order could only tell me it had spinach in it. I had to ask her to find out what else was in it from another employee. (Note: I had to make suggestion to inquire with other staff for more information.) After placed our orders we got our drinks & then sat down to await our orders. Once orders delivered to our table, noticed only top of sandwich was cut in half. Took sandwich back to employee & let her know the bottom sandwich needed to be cut too. My sandwich plus spinach salad were great as well as spouse's Chicken BLT & spinach.Although the food was good, will NOT go to this restaurant near closing time as employees didn't seem to care about attending to customers nor concern that just mopped floors could be dangerous for the customers without the proper signage alerting customers to the wet floors (especially near exit door).Parking: Plenty of parking plus handicap parking available.

This was my first visit to the store. I used the website to order ahead. But making orders this way was turned off. So I went ahead making an order just to make a list of what we wanted. I found it very confusing. After I time, I gave that up.It was difficult to get into and exit the plaza that the shop is in. There are limited openings onto the streets.When I did get to ordering in the store, the choices became a little clearer. I think everyone has ah-ha moments the first time one makes an order there. It is still confusing, but less so, in the store.They have a selection of different styles of chicken salad available. I didn't count how many. Many of the styles were unavailable at the time. This was disappointing. Staff said that this was due to a promotion of giving away free samples of salads the day before. The day before?I can't really judge the atmosphere as this was a take out order. But the dining room looked clean, neat, and pretty.Upon getting home, the food was tasty even though it wasn't the selections we originally wanted.Conclusion - I will visit there again, but I'm not eager to do so. I'm chalking up the problems I had to, they being new, and I being new to them. A dine in experience is in order.

My favorite place to eat! Even better that it’s a locally owned franchise. The owner and all the staff are always above and beyond kind, the food is always great, and I feel like it’s a well balanced meal too. Chicken salad, Mac and cheese, and a fruit cup is the perfect combo for me. Dixie chick, Kickin Kay Lynne, and Jazzy Julie are my favorites! Chicken tortilla soup is the best too, and I hope it becomes a permanent soup option one day. Yum!

Normally this place is on target with there meals, this is the first time I have been disappointed when I made it home. The chicken salad is still amazing, but the grap salad grapes were crushed when I opened the container ☹️

I went to the drive-thru on Saturday Dec 17th at about 3:45 p.m. The girl in the drive-thru was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that someone had come to order. I ordered a trio with lemon basil chicken salad and she replied curtly that they were out. You would think they would say, I'm sorry we're out of that today, but I was told a very rude way that they were out of it. I asked for pimento cheese and was told they were also out of that. The girl was not nice and didn't try in any way to offer something else and didn't apologize for the fact that they were out of two different things that I tried to order. There was no courtesy whatsoever. I ordered a large drink and the straw barely came out of the top of the drink. I asked for a longer straw and they gave me the exact same size. I pulled over in the parking lot to eat and realized they had not given me any utensils or napkins. I went back through the drive-thru and asked for them and the girl didn't say a word and just handed me napkins and a fork with no apology or anything..... extremely terrible customer service.

Surprisingly good. When my friend suggested it, I originally was skeptical because I mean it's chicken salad, right? What could be so special about it? I was wrong tbh. It's very good and I have gotten food here plenty of times and it's always good and fresh. I especially recommend the broccoli salad as it was the perfect balance. Not too sweet, not too creamy, but absolutely perfect. If you get a sandwich, I recommend getting it with a croissant. The bread is good as well but the croissant sends it to the next level.
