My grandson picks this place every year for his birthday celebration. We love it because he loves it so much. His favorite thing is to dance with that big mouse! The pizza is amazing! Friendly staff too.

Absolutely horrible. I have been going to chuckie cheese since it was Showbiz pizza. I went when I was younger, took my kids when they were younger and now I have 2 small grand babies that I took to this location yesterday. Lets just start by saying this is NOTHING like I remember. The animatroncs stage is now gone and its replaced with a tiny little dance floor that chuckie dances on every couple hours for 5 minutes. Now when you go to the website it states they have remodeled and have a trampoline, a play yard and a ton more games. THIS specific location has nothing but games. No play yard no trampoline. Nothing to do but the arcade games. Lets talk about the food. We arrive at 1:00 pm. Got our 2 one hour game cards, each for one kid. They started playing there cards at that time while I order pizza. 2 1 topping pizzas, 4 drinks and 1 salad bar ($75.00). Of course its busy and they gave me a light buzzer for when our food was done. We go sit down while the kids play. A full HOUR goes by, still no food and kids play cards have expired. Kids come to the table yet still no food. I go up to the front asking and they look at my buzzer and say “oh its dead” and got me a new one. I said well its been over an hour waiting is it going to be much longer? The kid goes in the back comes back and hands me a new light buzzer and says it shouldnt be much longer. I go sit at the table waiting with the kids getting irritated because by this time it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes!!!! I decided to go to the pickup window this time and stand there waiting. After about 15 minutes the guy asks me what my buzzer number is and i gave it to him, he flops out 2 pizzas on the counter that were cold and old. I mean these pizzas had been sitting so long the cheese was solid and congealed. It had to be cooked at least an hour or more prior.I was furious. Not only did I spend $56 dollars on 2 one hour cards to play games but $75 on these 2 nasty disgusting pizzas and almost 2 and a half hours waiting. This place is so not worth it. I went a demanded my money back for the pizzas and they went in the trash, we left and went to pizza king instead. I just want to inform everyone that if you used to love chuckie cheese, the mouse that went around with kids in tow and would throw tickets and the animated band on stage, the play yard, etc you will be sadly disappointed in this location. Nothing but games that cost a fortune to play. There is nothing for kids to do outside of spending on games. My kids had to sit there for an additional hour and a half after there cards expired just waiting for this old nasty pizza. Oh and they no longer have the chuckie cheese famous bread sticks so if your counting on those forget it. Salad bar is HALF what it used to be as well. The ham cubes are gone, sunflower seeds gone, along with other veggies. Like 10 salad bar items and thats including the dressings lol no more parm and red pepper shakers either. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place trust me. Walthers golf and fun and mr gattis is much then this. We won’t be back unless they bring the old chuckie cheese back. The salad bar, breadsticks, ticket throwing and animatronics stage as well as a play yard or trampoline. This used to be fun place has went so down hill i was shocked at what it has become and i used to work at Chuckie Cheese when I was in my early 20’s. Its ashame. Could be a cool and fun place had they not went the money making route they have.The animatronics stage has been replaced by this tiny square light up floor. The band wall is now just that a filled in wall. See pic belowAlso when you go to the main website be careful, EVERY SINGLE advertisement that has in tiny print (select locations only) THIS location does NOT have. They have none of the updated such as playyard, trampoline.I have also attached a picture list of what the salad bar USED TO BE. BEWARE BUYERS, the new and improved salad bar has not even HALF these items. Maybe 10 items on the entire bar

High prices were stunning compared to similar family spots in the area, and they no longer have the animatronics they were famous for. The food was ok, and the atmosphere was decent. Best part is that this is a good place to let your toddlers roam freely, and some of their staff was very helpful while others acted as if we were inconvenient for them trying to clean up early to go home.
