Everytime we have ordered in the past 2 months has been horrible. No one at this location can make a pizza to save their life. Every pizza has been made with either under proofed or blown dough. The crust has been stretched too thin and made the pizza greasy. I ask for extra sauce every time and have never gotten it. The ovens are set too high and the pizzas are always burnt. When I have called back the service is awful. Managers don't follow dominos policies to make it right and don't care about their customers complaints. Every employee I've spoken to has been rude and unprofessional about everything. This store is the worst dominos I have ever seen, the employees need to be retrained on how to make a pizza. We won't be spending our money on this horrible products any longer. Get it together and learn how to make a freaking pizza.

Placed an order and waited over an hour! ETA time constantly kept changing. One minute it was 4min wait next time I looked it was 16min wait. Called the store to see what was happening and they couldn’t even pull up my order claimed “it wasn’t even on the screen.” Told me to call back tomorrow to get my food. Haha. No thank you just my money back. Couldn’t even do that because there was no manager there. Not blaming the boy on the phone he was very sweet! But don’t put these young kids in this kind of position to get chewed out! I was 8mins from the store…

They NEVER answer the phone at this site the people they pick it up let it sit there then hang up the workers there are very lazy and do bare minimum that store could be so much better if you only had people there that would work Just LAZY PEOPLE

The driver gave my next door neighbor my food. I go next door get it. All he said was sorry I thought it was a six. Didnt give me my receipt kept it. The pizza wasnt cut right. Just not really happy.

Took over an hr. To get my pizza,and it didn't even have my toppings that I paid for, so with that being said there's probably a family feeding there kids a pizza w/jalapeños and black olives right about now...smh
This is just ridiculous that you have your one driver going all the way out of the way and keep delaying delivery times.. if you only have one delivery driver then just make it pick up only!! Ordered at 5:20 and no food til almost 7pm is ridiculous and not acceptable!! Don't expect me to order domino's ever again!

I ordered 2.5 hours ago for a delivery. Was told that it would be 45 min. An hr later I called and was told that the had lost the order and that it would be another 50 min. It has now been another hr and a half and they refuse to answer the phone. Can’t help but remembering that they knew the number I was calling from the first time and wondering if the fact of caller id isn’t why they are not answering the phone now.

This Dominoes is the best pizza place in all of Evansville. The pizza is always fresh and hot, and they are very fast with delivery. I’ve never had any issues with this store, they do a great job and make great food. Thank you Dominos 1st Ave!
