Ordered online delivery...said 45 mins...took almost 2 hrs...called store and waited 30 mins for someone to pick up the phone...the pizza was not put together well,nore was it hot, and seeing as maps calculate 3 mins from store...I said hey maybe they are busy, but looked at reviews and seems to be a common thing...first one should never wait on a single pizza 2 hrs...secondly being a fast food gm, you are required to answer the phone in a timely manner, for mine it's the 3rd ring, if you let it get to 4 you've lost the customer....I suspect this will drive down your sales and end up closing your store...need to get someone in who can help this place...always liked domino's, but doubtful I'll ever try this one again...LEARN, Listen Empithize Apologize Respond Nextra!...

A few times my orders have been delayed. And once it went to the wrong address and the person who lived at the address delivered it to me. I of course called Dominos and notified the manager of the situation. I was compensated for a free pizza.Dietary restrictions: I believe that they offer gluten free crust but don't quote me on that.Parking: Plenty of parking spots

Ordered online for delivery. Put in the address for the delivery when placing the order. Over an hour and a half after the order was placed, they called and said they don’t deliver to our address. Lady very rude on the phone about it. No explanation as to why we had to wait over an hour and a half to learn that they won’t deliver to us. Would recommend using another store even if it is farther away.

EVANSVILLE, IN ON SOUTH GREEN RIVER ROAD I can't recommend this location. I ordered the garlic/parmesan chicken wings (bone in) tonight and received 7 small tips and 1 small drum. At least the other order of wings I ordered (mango/habanero) while the pieces were small, I did receive 3 drums and 5 tips. These 2 orders of wings in no way compared in size to the wings I ordered from here earlier this week. My last order the sauces were incorrect. My order earlier this week came to 60+ dollars with tip and tonight was 70+ dollars. The manager was too busy to take my call tonight, so I decided to post here instead. I will no longer be a customer and online at the ordering site I also let them know I do not want compensation. Incredibly, this review has me living in California, however I LIVE IN EVANSVILLE, IN AND AM REVIEWING THE DOMINOS ON SOUTH GREEN RIVER ROAD!
This hair was found in our sandwich we got here. The pizza was cut all kinds of funky. They forgot the spinach on the pizza but added chicken for some reason. Their chicken is so bland and not tasty in my opinion.

Placed order on Nov 7 at 7:45p. When order arrived driver stated that they were “out of the bottled water and garlic butter cups you ordered”. Not acceptable. Feel like the driver lied or forgot them. Store should have called when order was placed and offered to swap out for different items. Worst dominoes order I’ve had in a LONG time! DO BETTER!!!

So i just ordered 2 pizzas from them and firstly they messed the whole order up and upon calling them the lady who answered the call said she can not do anything and we have to pay for their mess up … for some reason she thought this was very funny and laughed at us and hung up… called 4 times but no one answered…. If you don’t like the job then just quit the job and do something that you’re good in doing… -5 stars specially for the rude girl who hates her job…
