The last several times we have been the pizza has not been very good. This time topped it. We ordered light sauce on the cheese pizza and the sauce was goosing out. It looked as if it had extra sauce. Then we had sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza and asked for to well done. The pizza was definitely not well done as you can see.

Pizza looked great but it wasn't even like warm. I'm in a hotel so the only way to warm it up is a microwave. That just made my thin and crispy thin and chewy. I don't know if it sat in the store without being warmed or if it rode all over town without being in a heat bag. I tipped the guy too before I realized he brought me a cold pizza. What a waste of time, money and pizza! I don't know why Yelp forces me to write three paragraphs more than are really necessary. This is ridiculous. My next bad review is going to be on Yelp and how stupid this word requirement is. For crying out loud, do I have to write a fricking book? I've never even bothered to read a review that was this long and I seriously doubt that any one else will either. I'm just gonna put it on talk to text now and say a bunch of stupid things until it lets me post. This is ridiculous. I really just wanted to get the message out to the restaurant to let them know that their food was lukewarm, and not a very good representation of their product. It looks like it's probably a good pizza, unfortunately, mine was not. But still they're not nearly as messed up as yelp is, this is ridiculous

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Took 45 mins to give me a pizza it took 10 min to make. I sat up front watching my pizza sit there on the oven roller rack and they just kept walking past it, looking at me like I'm bothering them. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back here again.

We had donatos last night and it may be my new favorite pizza in town! Absolutely loved the thin crust, the provolone cheese and sauce. I went thru the drive thru and the employee waiting on me was super friendly and sweet. The pizza is pricey (for us) so it won’t be a weekly thing, but when we want good pizza we know where to go!!

Donatos pizza is delicious and it's not greasy and it tastes really good. Even though it's a little expensive. The real downside is it is expensive so I don't get it often. But I will say I do enjoy the food in what they served The serve service is fast and reliable. The ambience is nice. So I would give it four out of five stars.
My husband went to pickup a pizza, since we haven't tried Donatos before. He had a young man who took his order and seemed completely oblivious to anything going on. However, the pizza was absolutely delicious! The sauce was savory and the pizza had a wonderful smoky flavor (smoked gouda). The crust is thin, but has a softness in the middle. It was Wednesday and they had a special lg pizza and wings. The wings were boneless and reminded me of the other pizza chains. Crumbly and extremely lacking in flavor...We will be back for the pizza. We would prefer to not have to guide an employee to order. I highly recommend it. Especially, if you like a flavorful, zesty sauce vs. sweet sauce.

This place is pricey, but figured it must be good pizza after seeing the reviews so gave it a shot.The "Hand tossed" pizza is not hand tossed i highly doubt any hands were used in making it. , little Caesars has fresher dough.The thin crust pizza crust also seems like anything you can get out of the freezer section of your local grocery store.The sauce, I think is just an opened can of tomato paste.The cheese and veggies on the works pizza were the only things that were not bad. Even the sausage was bland and chewy.Cost $70 for two pizzas, and bread sticks. the Asiago bread sticks were actually good, but not good enough to look past how horrible the pizza was.

Could have been a five star as the food was actually good. The issue is that they forgot to send the cheese cup that I paid extra for. It's not expensive but it's the premise. I called and didn't ask them to send it out just refund it and the only thing she would offer is a credit. I don't live here I'm here for work and will be gone tomorrow. She said her hands are tied and she can give me a credit. That is a shady business practice. They took the money. They didn't provide the product. Now they won't return the money and the only way I can get it is to spend more money with them. Absolutely garbage customer service. Will not return if I travel back this way.

I want to start by saying our food was delicious. We ordered 2 drinks, a side salad, cheese bread, a sub, and 2 pizzas. The salad was really good. It looked and tasted great. The cheese bread is one of the best cheese breads I have ever had. I can't speak on the sub, but the pizzas were very tasty. I loved how they cup up the veggies and meat in big chunks. The service is lousy and non-existent. Do yourself a favor and get it to go or use their drive-through.
