We love Drakes. Food and service was great. The sriracha wings are one of the best wings in Evansville. The patty melt and chicken sandwich were also great. We tried a couple of their signature cocktails, cannot remember their names, but they were good. Only issue is how small this place is. There isn't a whole lot of room for how busy this place always is. We got right in since we came in early at 430 pm, but the only spots open were at the bar which is fine, but crazy when it's already packed at 430pm. There was also always a line to get in.

Typical Wednesday evening, restaurant was around half capacity. We were seated immediately, but were not addressed for the first time for roughly 15-20 minutes. When we were finally greeted, the waitress seemed clueless that we had been sitting in her section for an extended period. We were able to order food and drinks at the same time. Food was good, but service was horrible. While paying we asked for a box, but were never brought one. Our waitress was across the restaurant at the bar talking with another group of wait staff. After roughly 10 minutes I went and grabbed a box from the shelf myself. We are typically a fairly patient couple, but with this may have been the least quality 60 dollar dinner we have ever had.

We came I'm around 10pm and the bartender we got was very nice and helpful. I got the sliders with fries and a mixed drink which I can't remember the name. But they were both really good. I also ended up trying a cider and I really enjoyed it eventho I generally don't like beer and cider. I would definitely recommend this place.

It's always a pleasure to dine at a drakes restaurant. Food quality is consistent, the service is consistent and the price is right.
I recently dined at Drake's and had a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant offers a pretty good selection of both burgers and sushi. Upon entering, you seat yourself, which adds to the casual atmosphere. However, it did take a bit of time for a server to attend to us for drink orders, menus were already available on the table. Once our waitress arrived, she was friendly and attentive, making sure we were promptly taken care of. While we opted for the burgers, I can't speak for the sushi, but if it's anything like the burgers, it's sure to be good. The tots were crispy, but were unfortunately room temperature. Overall, Drake's is a solid choice if you're craving a well-rounded burger.

Today’s experience was fantastic. The Dynamite Roll and the BLT Tots were phenomenal. Our server Adam was energetic and engaging and the host Eric was friendly and welcoming. Worth the spot to brighten your day.

I had a good time! It didn't take long to get supper. A couple of house Layers, appetizers were great! I had deep-fried pickles and the main entree was a chicken burrito with blue cheese and buffalo sauce. It was spicy but damn good! I don't have any problem sending my friends there to enjoy the fine cuisine Drake's serves up!
