Went there on 2/16 got $45.00 in food to get home & order was messed up. They were closed by this time. So I called next day to see if I could bring back whole sandwich n replace it. Only to be told no by manager Adriana!!! Be cause they didn't give a recipe the night b4!!! Even though it showed on my phone were they took the payment out!!! Between my family members we eat there at least 3 times a month. Not no more thanks to your grate manager!!

The whole staff was amazing both times I went. The first time I went I was told to try a sandwich called "the Sergio". This last time I went the worker who created the sub was there and I had him make it for me.That sub should be on the menu it is that amazing!! Next time I go I'm definitely going in when he's working and I'm definitely having it again.

Very kind and helpful staff, recommended me something to get for the next time I came in and they made nice conversation while waiting. Good food and honestly no complaints whatsoever from me. I recommend the meatball sub, it's the best you can get at any chain in my opinion.

The employees were very sweet and the food was amazing. I said I'm allergic to vinegar and they accommodated with ease. It was a fairly quiet and peaceful place for lunch as well, not too busy at all. We especially loved the mural and the fire chief hats :-))

Sorry to say will not patronize Firehouse Subs ever. The sodium content is off the charts. Meat has very little sodium yet your meat has 1.5 grams and up.Guess fireman are not health conscious. Eric from Lombard

I had the Italian on gluten free bread. The sandwich and service were good. The gluten free bread is soft. There are plenty of tables, but most people seem to place the orders “to go”. The drink selections were limited as it seemed several flavors needed to be replaced.Vegetarian options: Someone else in my party had the vegetarian sub and said it was good. The mushrooms really made the Firehouse veggie sub stand out from competitors.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available (uncertain of prep conditions that may cause cross contamination)
