Dared to walk in 90 minutes before closing time. Staff stared in disbelief before telling us the dining room was closed, as if all the overturned chairs weren’t enough of a hint. Asked if my 10 year old could sample an ice cream before deciding on one, cuz that’s literally how it works everywhere else, but they have done that since Covid apparently. Can’t imagine why there aren’t locations everywhere.

I don't care too much for Ritzy's, but it certainly is something of a local institution. On this particular visit, the service was shockingly slow. More importantly, it wasn't until I looked over the receipt at home that I realized that I had been overcharged for a couple of items that I didn't order and didn't receive.

Ordered a double ritz combo with everything except pickles.Received a single, cold patty with cheese, mustard, pickles and onions.So missing bacon, extra patty, tomato, ketchup, and mayoWith no receipt given to me so I’m not sure what I was even charged for.Very frustrating experience

Food is always good and hot. Employees are hit or miss. It's been awhile since I've had a truly friendly encounter, but they've never been outright rude either. It's one of my favorite spots to come visit when I am in town, so I will keep coming back.

As a former employee, i will forever and always tell people to not go here. and IF you do, NEVER GET A SALAD.When i worked here from july 2022 - octover 2022, i was treated horribly by the managers, who would talk trash about any new employee. If you worked a full 8 hour shift, you wouldnt get a break. but those same managers would be able to go out behind the place and smoke for half an hour, then proceed to eat food in the office, and only came out if the teenagers running the place needed something.And the food is worse that any atmosphere there. the salads are always brown, unless you get them the day that they are made. and the croutons that we had to put in the salads are cut up pieces of old hot dog/hamburger buns (most of the time had mold on them, but we were just told to cut it off) which is then deep fried in the same oil they fry the fries, onion rings, and chicken strips with. the burgers are made in abundance and if you come when there isnt a line, theres a good chance your patty has been sutting out for the last half hour. and the topping that we had to put on the burgers was always so gross. most of the solids were slimy (ie tomatoes, pickles) and the sauces always had some sort of discolored film on top of them.the building was absolutely filthy behind the counter. everything was always sticky, and moldy vents.Do not go here!!!
