Me and my brother were trying to see what they had to eat, and as soon as the cashier saw us. She immediately asked what we wanted and didn't let us take our time. We were going to order some drinks but she cut us off and just told us how much it was.

Yesterday, March 10,2024, around 7 p.m. my husband went to Grandy’s to order food. It had been a long, busy day for us. When he approached to give his order a man yelled, “ We aren’t taking any orders until I get these filled!” My husband asked about how long will it be because, he was okay with waiting. The man shook a piece of paper and yelled, “ When I get all of these filled!” The customer standing next to my husband said, “ Wow! You can’t even spend your hard earned money to buy a damn meal here.” How sad and pathetic to be treated like this. I understand so many places are short staffed but, there’s absolutely no reason to be hateful to a customer. We’ve been patient with this Grandy’s but, we’re done. They’re always out of something but rude, hostile treatment like this, we’re done. Our other family and friends feel the same. Goodby Grandy’s.

We went through the drive through. The lady at the window was nice but handed our bag out & our food trays were tilted sideways in the bag. By the time we got home, there was gravy all over the bag & all our food was smooshed together, almost falling out of the trays.

They never can get your order right no matter if you eat it there or take it to go
Went in to order a family pack of chicken to go. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for chicken to be cooked. I don't understand how a chicken place doesn't have chicken ready at dinner time. Also got the grilled southwest chicken sandwich. It was a little dry but had good flavor. Rolls and Mac n cheese were really good!

We had to wait forever for 3 meals, the nuggets were cold and we found tiny black hairs in 2 of the 3 dinners! So upset ? I was excited to get grandys since I live far from there and haven't had it in years. For expensive food it should be hot and boxed properly. The way they bagged it up was a mess! We had potatoes all over everything. The customer service wasn't good either. The girl in the drive thru was rude and trying to rush us even tho no cars were waiting behind us.Do better grandys... do better
