Personally not a fan of Hacienda. To me they are a step above taco bell in fake Hispanic food. However tonight I had to ask for refills, ask for my cheese dip twice, ask for my bill. My oldest son ordered 3 tacos meat n cheese only. He got 3 tortillas filled with meat and a glob of cheese melted on the outside of them. His rice was so dry it may have chipped a tooth. My fajita vegetables to my salad were pretty much raw just heated to temperature before serving. My husband's fajitas were same way. At least serve cooked veggies with them.If it wasn't for being there for a fundraiser night I wouldn't of gone. Just another confirmation of why we don't go to Hacienda.
